Luke Pearce began a career in leisure management at South Staffordshire Council at Wombourne Leisure Centre, where service lasted from February 1996 to October 2004. Luke Pearce earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sports Studies & Leisure Recreation Management from the University of Wolverhampton between 1997 and 1999 following education at Thomas Telford CTC from 1991 to 1997.
