Elma Krasny serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Walter Academy Manager at Walter, where the focus is on educating engineers and professionals in architecture, construction, software development, and business through an interactive platform. With prior experience as a BIM Solutions Department Manager, Elma specializes in providing advanced digital modeling solutions to enhance project visualization and efficiency. Elma has also worked as a Technical Consultant for UNDP, overseeing construction and refurbishment projects, and previously held the position of Business Development Manager at PORR AG. Early career experience includes serving as a Structural Engineer at Gifford, with notable projects such as a 27-floor residential tower in Liverpool. Elma holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Kansas and a Ph.D. in Architecture from International Burch University.

Walter AEC is a part of Walter Sar Group AB, a Swedish-Bosnian company founded in 2011. We work from offices in Sarajevo and Mostar, Stockholm, Warsawa, and Budapest.
