Brenda Thompson, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial management and consulting across diverse sectors. As the Owner and CEO of B50Love Media Group LLC since July 2019, Brenda focuses on promoting traditional values and emotional self-worth through media initiatives. In parallel, Brenda serves as a DJ 0510 04 Financial Manager at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, managing general ledger accounts and ensuring financial accuracy. With a longstanding role as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte since May 2014, Brenda supports enterprise risk services and activity-based costing solutions. Previous positions include Program Financial Manager at Integrated Data Services and Business Financial Manager at NAVAIR, where Brenda managed substantial budgets and ensured compliance with federal financial guidelines. Brenda holds an MBA and an M.S. in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, complemented by a BA in Justice Administration from Hawaii Pacific University and various certifications in financial management and program management.

WRAIR provides unique research capabilities and innovative medical solutions to a range of Force Health Protection and Readiness challenges currently facing U.S. Service Members, along with threats anticipated during future operations. In addition to protecting against infectious disease threats, WRAIR conducts basic and applied research that promotes psychological resilience, enhances neurological functioning, and improves operational readiness among U.S. Service Members. By using a continuum of research from basic science to applied field studies, WRAIR creates innovative solutions to enhance Service Members’ resilience and recovery. Research in military psychiatry and neuroscience has been an integral part of WRAIR's portfolio for more than 70 years. WRAIR researchers are recognized leaders in operational medical research for the military in a number of fields, including brain trauma, blast exposure, deployment stressors, and sleep management.
