Devin Stephens has extensive experience in IT support and management, currently serving as Manager of the Support Desk at Altar'd State since December 2017, overseeing a team of Help Desk Technicians and managing escalations to ensure timely issue resolution across over 120 store and corporate office locations. Prior to this role, Devin held positions within the Boy Scouts of America, including Trading Post Manager and various technical and leadership roles, demonstrating a strong ability to achieve operational goals and improve customer service. Additional experience includes customer technical support at Comcast and security officer duties at Dynamic Security, coupled with foundational roles in customer service and support at the University of Tennessee. Education was attained at Pellissippi State Community College from 2013 to 2018.
