Rotem Alaluf began their work experience as an Algorithm Engineer at Classified in 2014. They later became the Deep Learning & NLP Leader at the company before leaving in August 2018. In the same year, Alaluf founded BeyondMinds, a company focused on helping data scientists bring AI solutions to production quickly. They served as Founder & CEO until September 2021 when they decided to split ways due to a disagreement with the board's decision. In 2022, Alaluf became the CEO of Wand, a platform aiming to democratize the power of AI and bring human-machine collaboration to a new level. They also joined Generative AI as a Board Member in 2023, dedicating themselves to staying at the forefront of innovation in the AI industry.
Rotem Alaluf attended Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2017, where they studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Physics.
