Kilian Koeltzsch has held a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2009. Kilian began their career as an iOS Journalist for touchpod.de in 2009. Kilian then moved on to become an Apple Premium Partner Retail for REMUS Datentechnik GmbH in 2010, and a Zivildienstleistender for Caritas-Sozialstation Gaimersheim e.V. in 2011. Kilian also held a role as a Pädagogischer Mitarbeiter for Offene Ganztagsschule Gaimersheim in 2011. In 2013, they began their studies at TU Dresden where they worked as a Student Assistant. In 2018, they were an Software Engineering Intern for Apple. Kilian then moved on to become an iOS-Entwickler for eos.uptrade in 2019, and an iOS-Entwickler for HaCon in 2020. Currently, they are a iOS Developer for Beeper since 2021, and is set to become a Senior Software Engineer for Wandelbots starting in 2022.
Kilian Koeltzsch completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Media Computer Science from Technische Universität Dresden in 2014. Kilian then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from the same university, which they completed in 2016. In 2016, they began a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft, which they finished in 2019.

Wandelbots is a german start-up that is democratizing industrial robotics by enabling everyone to program any robot via smart input devices and example-based teaching. The Wandelbots software backend tracks human motion to live-control industrial robots. Operators can teach automation tasks by demonstration. The software backend builds a machine learning model based on several demonstrations and generates automation workflows which can be refined and optimized with the software tool.
