Marie Hartney

Marie Hartney currently serves as the Marketing and Strategic Coordinator at Wannemacher Jensen Architects, Inc. since January 2024. With extensive volunteer leadership experience, Marie has held various positions on the Management Team and Board of Directors for the Junior League Of St. Petersburg since May 2014, including Executive Vice President and Nominating Director, demonstrating skills in project management, fundraising, and communications. Previous roles include Marketing and Business Development Associate at Bessolo Design Group, Inc. and a dedicated educator at LCC Day School, where Marie taught middle school literacy and language arts, developed innovative curriculum, and trained staff during the transition to virtual learning. Marie holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the American College of Education and a Master of Education in Reading from the University of South Florida St. Petersburg, along with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Florida State University.
