Adrienne C. Filipov is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2014 and is the firm’s Chief Human Capital Officer. In this role, she is responsible for new professional selection, recruiting, and development, oversees human resource administration on a global basis, and works with investment teams and portfolio companies on best-practices human capital management. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mrs. Filipov was a Managing Director at Barclays and held several senior operating positions including Chief Operating Officer for the financing and distribution businesses there and at Lehman Brothers. She is on the Board of Directors of Advocates for Children of New York. Mrs. Filipov has a B.S. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Columbia Business School.
