Chris Templeton has extensive work experience in the retail industry, with a focus on services and operations management. Starting in 2006 with Noel Leeming Group, they worked as a Store Manager, overseeing multiple locations and a distribution center. In 2013, they won the Wares New Zealand Young Retailer of the Year award. Templeton then progressed within Noel Leeming, taking on roles such as Services Product Manager, National Retail Services Manager, and finally, Services Retail & Operations Manager before moving to The Warehouse Group in 2020. At The Warehouse Group, they served as Chapter Lead - Services Trading & Operations, leading and inspiring a team of 14 members across different tribes to deliver customer outcomes for multiple brands. Chris also dual-hatted as the Product Owner for the Services Squad, managing the squad's vision, backlog, and enabling successful strategic deliverables.
Chris Templeton obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Business/Commerce, General from the University of Otago in 2005.
