Mikalai Malysh

Mikalai Malysh is a seasoned IT professional with significant experience in technical support and system administration. Currently serving as a Senior Tech Support Specialist at Wargaming since July 2013, Mikalai developed the Servers Monitor app, which enhances the efficiency of the Players Tech Support department. Previously, Mikalai held the position of Tech Support Specialist, where responsibilities included monitoring game clusters and resolving technical issues for players. Before joining Wargaming, Mikalai worked as a System Administrator at ЧУП "Компьютерный доктор" from September 2009 to May 2013, focusing on troubleshooting and managing IT infrastructure for corporate clients.
