Valerii Berezhniy

Valerii Berezhniy is an accomplished engineering manager and solutions architect with extensive experience in the gaming industry. Currently employed at Wargaming since January 2018, Valerii leads a cross-functional team of 16 engineers, driving technical strategy and managing the development of large-scale features, including critical PvE game modes. Prior to Wargaming, Valerii served as Python/C++ Team Lead and Senior Developer at Lucky Labs and worked as a game developer at Idea Fabrik Plc. Valerii holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Software Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
