Armin Zerza

Armin Zerza is WMG’s EVP and Chief Financial Officer, a role in which he is responsible for the company’s worldwide financial operations.

Prior to joining WMG, Armin served as Chief Financial Officer of Activision Blizzard beginning in 2021, overseeing finance operations and possessing extensive knowledge of the company after serving as its Chief Commercial Officer. Armin joined Activision Blizzard in August 2015 with more than 20 years of senior leadership experience at Procter & Gamble, serving in North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. He has held a number of CFO roles across Procter & Gamble, including Procter & Gamble’s global M&A team and multibillion-dollar businesses, such as European Baby Care and Latin America divisions. Armin also serves as a board member of the Italy Procter & Gamble-Fater and Spain Procter & Gamble-Arbora & Ausonia joint ventures. He holds a degree from Vienna University.
