Peter Lee

Peter Lee currently serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Warner Music Group, having transitioned to this role in April 2023. Previously, Peter spent nearly seven years at YouTube, holding various positions including Live Music & Artist Partnerships Manager, where strategic relationships were built with artists and their teams, and Chief of Staff for YouTube's Global Head of Music. Peter’s earlier experience includes a role as an Associate in Strategy & Operations at Google, focusing on consumer hardware sales and strategic planning, and a consultant position at Oliver Wyman, where research and data analysis were utilized to guide Fortune 500 clients in operational and strategic decisions. Peter's career also includes internships at Brunswick Group and Animoto, supporting communications and marketing initiatives. Educational background includes a BA in Government with a minor in Psychology from Dartmouth College and further education at Columbia University.
