Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, focusing on innovation projects in collaboration with startups, enterprises, and government entities. Roon is the owner and founder of managination, dedicated to enhancing the software development landscape. Previously, Roon held key positions including Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, where responsibilities included leading technological change and developing decentralized infrastructure solutions. Additional roles encompass advisory positions at organizations like the IIB Council and PioneerVentures.io, as well as positions at Sweetbridge and SwissBorg, emphasizing expertise in blockchain technology. Roon holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has pursued further education in Fintech at MIT, along with a PMP certification.

Warsaw Consulting Club is a Warsaw School of Economics students organisation with over 20 years of traditions and innovative approach to modern business problems. Currently, there are over 150 members and alumni of the club, actively promoting our motto: "To know more. Together.". Members of our club have unique possibilities for acquiring new qualifications and learning more about the world of business. Projects carried out by our club are of the highest quality and professionalism, appreciated not only by other students but also the governors of the university and the representatives of the biggest companies in Poland. Our club grows dynamically, creating innovative projects, fulfilling the needs of both students and employers, as well as cooperating with the most respected companies in the industry.
