Elias Rodriguez

Elias Rodriguez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and management. Currently serving as a Senior Service Engineer for Electrical and Automation Systems at Wärtsilä since March 2023, Elias previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Mill City Construction and Landscaping from June 2021 to January 2023. With a strong background in application engineering at Schneider Electric, Elias managed testing configurations for the Facebook Automation Lab and provided leadership in coordinating test activities. As Chair for the Lawrence Redevelopment Authority, Elias established rehabilitation standards and managed land assembly. Previous roles include Senior Electrical Engineer at Raytheon, PlantSolutions Support Engineer at Schneider Electric, and Manufacturing Test Engineer at Enterasys Networks, showcasing expertise in schematic design, technical leadership, and quality assurance.
