Minna Naumanen

Minna Naumanen is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in service development and people management. Currently serving as the Head of HR Service Development at Wärtsilä since July 2021, Minna leads essential HR initiatives and oversees HR service delivery teams. Previously, Minna held leadership roles at Wärtsilä, focusing on enhancing employee experiences. As an entrepreneur and independent consultant at Naumanen Consulting Oy, Minna provides People and Service Management services, utilizing Design Thinking and Agile methodologies for organizational transformation. Minna's career includes significant positions at Cargotec and NGA Human Resources, where strategic payroll harmonization and global HR service design were key responsibilities. Minna's earlier experience at KONE Corporation involved managing global talent development programs. Minna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Business from Tampere University of Applied Sciences and further education from Aalto University.
