Rune Arnt Waage

Rune Arnt Waage has extensive experience in the maritime and engineering sectors, currently serving as the General Manager of Segment Sales for Offshore Support Vessels at Wärtsilä since January 2006, after a tenure as Business Sales Manager. Prior roles include Bid Manager for Marine at Aker Kværner Power and Automation Systems and various management positions within the System Division at Aker Elektro AS, where Rune Arnt worked from 1995 to 2006. Earlier in his career, Rune Arnt Waage held the position of Section Manager for Subsea at Aker Elektro AS and managed the Service Department - Regin North at Siemens. His foundational experience includes serving as a Navigation Officer on submarines in the Royal Norwegian Navy. Rune Arnt Waage earned a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and completed naval officer training at the Norwegian Naval War School.
