Previously, Chris was a Director at Warwick District Council from 1997 to 2006 and held the position of Head of Development Policy at Kettering Borough Council from 1994 to 1997, where responsibilities included overseeing the planning policy and implementation team. Early career experiences include a role as a Technical/Admin Assistant at Mid Sussex District Council in 1983-1984. Chris's educational background includes multiple post-graduate diplomas in Management Studies and Urban Planning, an MA in Regional Planning, and a BA in Economics and Geography from various institutions.
