Kyn Aizlewood is an experienced leader in healthcare and coaching, currently serving as a District Council Member for Warwick District Council since May 2023 and a Leadership Coach through Kyn Aizlewood Coaching since February 2023. With a strong background in the NHS, Aizlewood has held positions including Director of Strategic Transformation and Locality Director in NHS London, and previously served as Director of Transactions and Sustainable Solutions at NHS Improvement. Aizlewood’s expertise includes organizational change, mergers, and strategic development, having also led significant projects in the NHS Sandwell and NHS West Kent. Education includes a BA in Economics from the University of Nottingham and an MSc in Health Economics from the University of York.
