Christal Lamb has a diverse work experience. In 2009, they started their career as a Nursing Assistant at Oklahoma Heart Hospital, where they provided pre/postoperative care for patients, including hygiene preparation, vital monitoring, feeding, and dressing. Christal also had daily engagement with doctors, nurses, and patients. In 2012, Christal joined SandRidge Energy as an Accountant I, where they served as the Open Invoice administrator, managing the flow of invoices and making necessary modifications. Christal was responsible for batching approved invoices, running them through EDI, and transferring them into Excalibur. Christal worked at SandRidge Energy until 2020. In October 2020, they joined Warwick Investment Group as an Accountant.
Christal Lamb earned their Bachelor's degree in Community Health with a minor in Sociology from the University of Central Oklahoma. Christal attended this institution from 2004 to 2009. Later, in 2011 to 2012, they attended Oklahoma Christian University and focused on Nursing Education, although it is unclear if they completed a degree in this field.
