Grace Loughhead

Grace Loughhead is an experienced higher education professional currently serving as Associate Dean and Associate Director for the Johnson Scholarship Program at Washington and Lee University since August 2015. Loughhead oversees the Johnson Scholarship Selection process, manages application reading, and trains staff readers. Prior to this role, Loughhead worked at Sweet Briar College from August 2004 to August 2015, holding positions as Director of Recruitment, Associate Director, and Assistant Director, where responsibilities included leading recruitment staff, training employees, and maintaining relationships with prospective students across multiple states.
