Michael J. Sosulski

President at Washington College

Michael J. Sosulski is the current President at Washington College. Michael has served in a variety of roles at different colleges and universities, most recently as Provost at Wofford College. As Provost, Sosulski was responsible for the academic program at Wofford College and supervised a range of curricular and co-curricular programs. Michael has also served as Associate Provost at Kalamazoo College and Assistant Professor of German at Pacific Lutheran University.

Dr. Michael J. Sosulski is a Germanic studies scholar who earned their PhD from the University of Chicago. Prior to that, they completed their MA in Germanic studies also at the University of Chicago and their BS in languages and linguistics from Georgetown University. Dr. Sosulski also has a high school diploma from WCCHS and is certified as a Goethe-Institut language proficiency tester for the B1, B2, and C1 levels.
