Chi Hoang

Chi Hoang, MBA, PMP, is an accomplished Lead Information Technology Project Manager at the Washington Education Association since April 2021, with extensive project management experience acquired during tenure at Boeing from April 2015 to April 2021. At Boeing, Chi Hoang successfully led over 20 software development projects with a combined business value exceeding $70 million annually and developed integrated schedules for satellite programs with budgets of $500 million to $700 million. Previous roles include Production Planner at Qualitel Corp., Proof Operator at Bank of America, and various accounting positions at Radiant Global Logistics and 3G Innovations. Chi Hoang holds an MBA in Information Technology from Colorado State University, a Project Management Certificate from the University of Washington, and advanced degrees in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Central Washington University.
