Emily Hess

Emily Hess is an experienced professional in training, organizational development, and instructional design, currently serving as a Training Specialist in Change Management at Carlisle Construction Materials and a Senior Learning and Organizational Development Consultant at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority. Previously, Emily held roles including Instructional Designer at C2 Technologies and Training and Curriculum Specialist with the United States Marine Corps, where curriculum development and project management expertise were utilized to create engaging social-emotional learning programs and effective instructional aids. Emily's background also includes experience as a Professional School Counselor with Prince William County Public Schools and a Program Manager for the FBI, overseeing curriculum development and training initiatives.
