Chenyang Lu

Chenyang Lu serves as the Director of the AI for Health Institute (AIHealth) at Washington University in St. Louis, where the focus is on leveraging AI to address complex health challenges. In addition to this role, Chenyang Lu holds multiple professorships in Anesthesiology, Neurosurgery, Medicine, and Computer Science & Engineering, leading research efforts in AI for health, Internet of Things, real-time systems, and cyber-physical systems. Previous positions include Research Scientist at the University of Virginia and Research Intern at HP Labs. Chenyang Lu earned a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Virginia and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Science and Technology of China.
