Peter Panagos

Peter Panagos is a highly experienced medical professional currently serving as Vice-Chair of Faculty Affairs and Development and Professor at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis since July 2017. With a distinguished career that began in emergency medicine, Peter has held various roles at Washington University, including Associate Professor and Co-Director of the BJC-Washington University Stroke Network. Previous positions include Assistant Professor at Brown University, where duties involved emergency medicine practice, acute stroke management, clinical trial management, and education. Peter completed a Stroke Fellowship at the University of Cincinnati after earning a Doctor of Medicine from Emory University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Dartmouth College.
