Kathleen currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at Waste Eliminator, where they oversee administrative functions. Prior to this role, they were the Human Resources Director at Waste Eliminator. In 2006, they co-founded the Andrew Oswald Memorial Fund and served as Vice President. Kathleen also has experience as a Board Member at Lax4Community. From 2015 to 2022, they worked at CarMax, where they held the position of Director, Account Servicing - CarMax Auto Finance. Before CarMax, Kathleen worked at Kreisler & Associates, LLC as President and VP - Client Relations & Recruitment. From 2001 to 2008, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at Vanity Fair Brands Inc. Kathleen began their career in 1991 as the Human Resources Director at Waste Management.
Kathleen Oswald obtained a BA degree in Psychology from William & Mary, where they studied from 1987 to 1991.
