Kimberly Stith

Kimberly Stith serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at WM in Houston, Texas, a position held since March 2001. Stith leads the company's human capital strategy, focusing on attracting and retaining top talent, enhancing employee relations, and fostering a culture of belonging and accountability. Prior to WM, Stith held several legal positions, including Vice President and General Counsel for Employment Law, Senior Employment Counsel at Littler Mendelson from 1996 to 2001, and Shareholder at Bracewell & Patterson LLP from 1991 to 1996, where Stith began as an Associate.
