Tara has worked for Waste Management for over two decades, starting as a Market Area Engineer and progressing to roles such as Area Vice President and Special Projects Manager. Tara also held positions at TAMS Consultants and ABB Environmental Services before joining Waste Management. Tara holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University. Currently, Tara serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer at Waste Management.
