Joshua Luce

Joshua Luce currently serves as Fleet Maintenance Manager at Waste Pro USA, a position held since October 2019. Prior to this role, Joshua was the Fleet Maintenance Supervisor at Republic Services from March 2017 to October 2019, where responsibilities included supervising a team of six and ensuring adherence to DOT standards across a fleet of 60 assets. Joshua's experience also includes serving in the United States Air Force from February 2011 to February 2017, supervising 15 employees and managing the serviceability of a $44 million fleet of 600 special purpose vehicles. Joshua holds an Associate’s Degree in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Technologies from the Community College of the Air Force.
