Amanda Pizarek is the Director of Research - Americas at Watch Me Think, having previously worked at PepsiCo in various roles including Associate Principal Scientist, Senior Scientist, and Scientist. Prior to their time at PepsiCo, Amanda served as a Sensory Intern at the company and later as a Sensory Center Coordinator at the University of Minnesota. Amanda holds a Masters degree in Sensory Science from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelors degree in Food Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
