EMIL TZVETKOV is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic planning, business improvement, and financial analysis across various organizations. Currently serving as Program Director for Strategy Development at Water Corporation since February 2022, EMIL leads initiatives such as the Strategic Planning Process and the Integrated Strategic Planning and Budgeting program. Previously, at the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation, EMIL established a Business Excellence branch and published the department's business plan. Experience at WA Police includes multiple leadership roles focused on organizational risk, business continuity, and strategic asset planning. EMIL’s career began as a Tax Accountant and has included roles in cost accounting and financial analysis, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Curtin University.
