Paul Tuffin

Paul Tuffin is an experienced manager with a focus on customer insights, data, and performance, currently serving as Manager of Customer Insights, Data, and Performance at Water Corporation since May 2012. Notably, Tuffin drove the Tap In Program, aimed at integrating customer engagement into strategic planning, and developed a customer experience roadmap for the organization. Prior experience includes roles at Synergy as Senior Product Manager in Renewable Energy, and at Bankwest as Projects Portfolio Manager in Change Management, where Tuffin led teams to enhance project delivery and strategic initiatives. Previous positions at Commonwealth Bank and St.George Bank further developed Tuffin's expertise in customer service improvement and product management. Tuffin holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Curtin University, majoring in Economics and Finance with a minor in Marketing.
