Audun Solvang is a seasoned acoustics expert with extensive experience in research and development across several companies. Currently serving as a Senior R&D Engineer at Water Linked since June 2025, Audun previously held multiple senior roles at Nomono, including Senior Audio Researcher, Head of R&D, CTO, and CEO from January 2019 to May 2025. Audun's earlier experience includes positions as Researcher and Research Manager at SINTEF, focusing on communication acoustics from January 2014 to December 2018, and as an Acoustical Consultant at Brekke & Strand Akustikk AS, where Audun worked on noise and acoustics measurements from October 2012 to December 2013. Additional experience includes a role as an Acoustician and R&D Engineer at Cisco Systems, contributing to the development of TelePresence audio products from October 2008 to September 2012. Audun completed a Ph.D. in Acoustics at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in 2008, following a Master's degree in the same field from NTNU in 2005.
