Mona Aagaard

Mona Aagaard is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager at Water Linked, a Norwegian technology company focused on developing innovative underwater sensors, since January 2023. Previously, Mona worked as a Senior HR Consultant at Sikt – Kunnskapssektorens tjenesteleverandør from January to December 2022, and held leadership roles in Trøndelag HR-forum from April 2020 to May 2022, and as HR and HSE Manager at Uninett from January 2018 to December 2021, overseeing all HR functions and compliance.
