Emily Bailey has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Safety People & Culture Operations at WaterNSW since May 2020. Previously, Emily held multiple roles at Fuji Xerox Australia from March 2006 to 2017, including Head of HR Shared Services and Human Resources Manager. Emily's earlier career includes positions at Carlton Crest Hotel, TPF Restaurants Australia, and Burger King Corporation, encompassing various HR-related roles. Emily holds a degree in Business and Commerce with a focus on Human Resource Management from the University of Western Sydney.
