Hilary Schneider

Hilary Schneider is the Director at Water.org. Hilary has over five years of experience working in environmental management and compliance. Hilary has a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from Texas A&M University.

Hilary began their career as an Environmental Specialist at Targa Resources in March 2013. In this role, they were responsible for environmental compliance for company operations. In March 2014, Hilary left Targa Resources to take on the role of Regulatory and Environmental Analyst at Silver Creek Oil & Gas. In this role, they were responsible for managing all environmental regulatory compliance for the company.

In November 2015, Hilary left Silver Creek Oil & Gas to join The Lane Construction Corporation as their Environmental Manager. In this role, they were responsible for all facets of environmental permitting and compliance for heavy civil projects and HMAC plants across Texas. In December 2018, Hilary left The Lane Construction Corporation to take on their current role as Director at Water.org.

Hilary Schneider has a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Conservation and Management from the University of Arizona. Hilary also has a degree in Animal Science from Penn State University. Hilary is certified by EnviroCert International, Inc. in CESSWI and by TxDOT in TxDOT Precertifications. Hilary is also certified by the International Society of Arboriculture as a Certified Arborist and by WTI as a Certified Wetland Delineator.
