Leigh Heale

Leigh Heale is an experienced professional in safeguarding with a significant background in various organizations. Currently serving as the Global Head of Safeguarding at WaterAid since October 2018, Leigh previously held the position of National Safeguarding Operations Manager at The Scout Association from December 2011 to September 2018. Earlier experience includes working as an Assistant Psychologist for HM Prison Service in 2010-2011. Leigh's educational foundation includes a Master of Science (MSc) in Forensic Psychology, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology, both earned at the University of Central Lancashire.
