Joshua Kirk

Joshua Kirk, OCT M.Ed., currently serves as the Elementary Vice-Principal at Stanley Park Senior Public School within the Waterloo Region District School Board, a position held since September 2016. Previously, Joshua has extensive experience as a full-time Elementary Teacher, teaching various grades in both French Immersion and Core French at Clemens Mill Public School and Groh Public School. Prior to their current role, Joshua worked at the Upper Grand District School Board as a Daily Occasional Teacher, providing relief and long-term teaching for several secondary school subjects. Joshua's teaching experience also includes a part-time instructor role at Oxford Learning Centres Inc. and teacher candidate placements in various schools, including an international practicum in Italy. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Language and Literacies Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Education from Nipissing University, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Contemporary Studies with French from Wilfrid Laurier University.
