Richard Gooding has over 30 years of experience in the field of systems analysis and programming. Currently, Richard serves as a Project Coordinator/System Analyst at Waterloo Regional Police Service since June 2006. Prior to this role, Richard worked as a Senior Systems Analyst/Developer at Transfreight from 1999 to 2006, and served as a Senior Programmer/Analyst at Federated Insurance Company of Canada from April 1995 to May 1999. Richard's early career included a position as a Programmer/Analyst at Standard Aero Ltd from December 1991 to April 1995. Richard holds a comprehensive education background from The University of Winnipeg, where a four-year degree in Mathematics, Business Computing, and Computer Science was obtained, complemented by earlier education at Hillview College from 1977 to 1982.
