Nilesh Hase

Nilesh Hase is a highly experienced technology professional currently serving as a Founding Member at Watermelon Software Inc since May 2022. At QualityKiosk Technologies Pvt. Ltd. since March 2013, Nilesh holds the title of Head Of Innovation for Unified Performance Management and End User Experience Management, where key contributions include the conceptualization and development of a unified platform leveraging machine learning for data analysis and creating dashboards for performance tracking across business units. Nilesh also spearheaded the Application Performance Management business, achieving stabilized revenue growth in the first year. Previously, as a Performance Architect at RAKBANK from February 2005 to March 2013, Nilesh ensured a successful core banking migration with zero performance issues while overseeing the simultaneous go-live of over 20 applications.
