Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Watermelon Swim since February 2023, Belinda previously held the position of Sr. Human Resources Manager at Cryo-Cell for 12 years, overseeing HR functions for a pioneering private cord blood bank. Additional roles include Project Relief Associate at ADP, Human Resources Generalist at Summit Security, HR Generalist and Manager at CBS Corporation, HR Manager at CBS College Sports, and HR Manager at Macmillan.
