Mark Tracy is an experienced emergency services professional currently serving as Chief of Rescue One and 1st Vice President at Club Deportivo Kino Bay, providing 24/7 emergency services in Kino Bay, Mexico, since February 2012. Prior to this, Mark held the role of Instructor Coordinator at Waterous Company, where responsibilities included coordinating instructor assignments across North America for Compressed Air Foam Systems and firefighting technologies since January 2002. Mark's earlier experience includes roles as a Firefighter, Investigator, and Haz-Mat Specialist with the City of Flagstaff Fire Department from June 1986 to May 2010, and as Fire Chief for the City of Cottonwood Fire Department from March 1982 to June 1986. Mark has pursued education at Coconino Community College and Yavapai Community College.
