Betty Lenes

Betty Lenes is an experienced professional in employee relations and human resources, currently serving as the Employee Relations/HR Operations Director for the Americas at Waters Corporation since December 2021. Prior to this role, Betty held the position of Global Employee Relations Leader at Pegasystems for three months in 2021, and served as the Employee Relations and Compliance Leader at Raytheon from July 2018 to June 2021. Betty also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center from 2016 to 2018, and developed a successful human resources practice from 1998 to June 2016, providing on-site HR services to various businesses. Betty holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire and is a certified trainer in behavioral interviewing and development dimensions international.
