Gavin Hope

Gavin Hope is an accomplished technology and engineering leader with extensive experience in the software and informatics sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Technology & Engineering for Biologics at Waters Corporation since September 2015, Gavin oversees a multi-discipline software group focused on delivering software value and fostering leadership development. Prior to this role, Gavin held various engineering and management positions for nearly a decade at Leica Biosystems, where management of software and hardware projects for clinical laboratories was a key responsibility. Early in the career, Gavin was a Software Engineer at Nonlinear Dynamics Ltd, progressing to Software Development Team Lead. Gavin holds a degree in Software Engineering from Durham University, completed in 2001.
