Shweta Verma

Shweta Verma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, development, and analytical science within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as a Principal Training and Development Specialist at Waters Corporation, Shweta focuses on optimizing eLearning content and developing instructor-led training programs. Previously, as QA Training Manager at Arranta Bio, Shweta managed global Learning Management Systems and created eLearning materials for technical knowledge transfer. Shweta's experience includes significant roles at SCIEX, Alkermes, Avecia, Novartis, and Ore Pharmaceuticals, contributing to FDA submissions, training of field service engineers, and executing scientific analyses.
