Lorraine Tiernan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lorraine started their career at Primark Stores Ltd as a Team Leader from 2002 to 2008. Lorraine then joined Oracle Corporation as an EMEA Recruitment Operation Analyst & HR Administrator from 2008 to 2010, and later as a Recruitment Consultant / Recruiter from 2010 to 2011. Lorraine continued their HR career at Primeline Logistics Ltd as an HR Generalist from 2011 to 2013, and then at Kerry Foods as an HR Advisor from 2013 to 2014. Lorraine gained further experience at Convergys as an HR Generalist from 2014 to 2016, and at Musgrave Wholesale Partners as a Human Resource Business Partner from January to July 2016. Since August 2016, they have been with WaterWipes, initially as an HR Business Partner, then as a Global HR Manager, and currently holds the position of VP of People, with the most recent role starting in January 2020.
Lorraine Tiernan completed a Systemic Team Coaching Certificate from AoEC - The Academy of Executive Coaching in 2019 and a Diploma in Executive Coaching from the same institution in 2018. In 2016, they obtained a Master of HRM degree with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from Technological University Dublin. Lorraine also completed a CIPD Diploma in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland in 2012. Lorraine's undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Business Studies degree with a specialization in Business/HR from Dundalk Institute of Technology, which they earned from 2004 to 2008.
