Paul Heeringa is an accomplished executive currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of WaterWipes since 2023, leading the fast-growing company in the wet wipes category. In addition, Paul holds a position as a Non-Executive Director on the Supervisory Board of Nooteboom Textiles, a leading fabric wholesaler in Europe. Previously, Paul was the CEO and Managing Director for the Wella Company in the DACH region from 2020 to 2022, where a focused growth strategy was developed. Prior experience includes serving as CEO/Managing Director for Coty, L'Oréal, and Beiersdorf, with a strong track record in leadership roles across various markets including the Middle East, Turkey, Africa, and Asia. Paul has consistently demonstrated expertise in strategic growth, operational management, and organizational transformation throughout a diverse career.
