Jay DeMerit is the Founder and Chief Growth Officer of RISExSHINE, a multifaceted organization that includes the RISExSHINE Charity Foundation, youth development programs, and a gamified empowerment platform in collaboration with Electronic Arts. As a keynote speaker, Jay has shared insights on teamwork, leadership, and mindset at various national conferences and Fortune 500 companies. Previously, Jay served as Captain for both Watford Football Club and Vancouver Whitecaps FC, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Illinois Chicago.
