John Aluma is a seasoned football coach currently serving as the U16-18 Football Academy Coach at Watford Football Club since June 2017, where responsibilities include planning and delivering daily training sessions for the U19 football program at Westfield Academy. Aluma also leads the U18 development squad and serves as head coach for the U11/13 teams at the Watford development center. Prior to this role, Aluma was the head coach at Total Football Academy from February 2017 to April 2021, managing training sessions and coaching various age groups.
